Background
The Z115 Sure Shot Caption was manufactured and marketed by Canon in September 1993. At the time, it was considered to be a great camera. The camera introduced one of the earliest panorama picture-taking modes for public use. It was designed with a two-tone color (silver and black) to give it a "sport look". It also has an aluminum front cover for higher durability.
The camera has a few features that made it stand out in 1993's camera market. It automatically focuses and flashes depending on the mode selected. The camera can also rewind the film automatically using a built-in motor. The camera is powered by two 3V lithium-ion batteries. It also allows users to edit the time/date and gives them the choice to include a time-stamp on photos.
The Z115 Sure Shot Caption has been retired and is no longer supported.
Identification
You can identify your Z115 Sure Shot Caption by the model number printed on the front of your camera. The serial number can be found on the bottom of the camera, printed on a sticker near the tripod socket.
