I have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. I started repairing iPhone logic boards on a microscopic level in 2015. I started microsoldering because I accidentally took off a 01005 component from a customer’s iPhone during a routine screen repair. If you don’t know what a 01005 component is, then imagine a small component the size of a pinhead. Now, imagine trying to solder the tip of the pinhead to a logic board. I’ve learned a lot since that time. I’m here to share with everyone my journey into the world of microscopic board level repair. Enjoy!
