Why does the machine get stuck?

Question

Singer M1500 Sewing Machine

A portable beginner sewing machine with a sturdy metal frame and a front loading bobbin.

When i try to use it the needle gets stuck inside the bobbin case. The bobbin case doesn’t work and is stuck

I cleaned out the bobbin case and have put everything back as the diagram and the top thread gets tangled and the needle won’t come up

check witch way bobber is put in, they do have a timing belt. does it do it on straight stich
