new battery, starter change twice mechanic says, several times a month car won’t start, after turning key under engine you can hear a load alarm sound followed by several clicking noises, friends say clicking noises indicate starter issue but if car sits for 20-30 minutes it will start with jump pack, do I change the starter again or is it something else
