You probably shouldn't replace your battery right now. All battery age, but if there's only about an hour's difference in battery life compared to when it's new, replacing the battery now would be a waste. A new battery's both expensive and pretty hard to replace if it's your first time fixing stuff. If it works, it works. Wait until the battery life's significantly short or when it starts to bother you a lot, then replace it.
