How do I fix the lines below my laptop?
Horizontal lines below my laptop suddenly pops up. Do I need to take it to a repair shop or can I do it myself?

You should be able to do it yourself.
First connect an external monitor (TV?) to the laptop's HDMI port and check what the display from the laptop is like when viewed on the monitor's screen i.e. clear or also has lines.
Don't forget to press the Win key + p key (both keys together) to cycle through the 4 options when using an external monitor
The 4 options are:
● PC screen only: View the screen image on the computer only.
● Duplicate: View the screen image simultaneously on both the computer and the external device.
● Extend: View the screen image extended across both the computer and the external device.
● Second screen only: View the screen image on the external device only.
If the display on the external monitor is OK it could be a faulty video cable between the motherboard and the LCD panel in the laptop or more likely it's a faulty LCD panel.
Here's the ifixit HP 15-dy2024nr Display Assembly Replacement guide that shows how to replace the LCD panel in the laptop.
Search online for L63566-001 to find suppliers of the LCD panel that suit you best. Note: This is the HP part number for the LCD panel in your model laptop.
