Could you elaborate more? As far as I can tell you just need to replace the battery

Oh no the battery compadity is literally 79 %
@thecat847 Yeah that is way too low. At 85 you should replace it
Go into your Settings under the battery heading will be the battery health. It's a percentage from 0-100 showing what the current capacity of the battery is vs. how much it should be able to hold. If it's less than about 85%, Apple says it should be replaced.
Over time batteries lose the ability to hold a full charge, so even though it says it's charged to 100%, it may only be holding 2/3rds as much charge as it should, meaning it's going to die in a much shorter time than it used to.
The solution here is to replace the battery. iFixit has a guide showing you step by step how to do that yourself. Note that unless you buy a genuine Apple battery (and have iOS 18 or later), you'll lose the ability to view the battery health information and get a pop-up warning for a week or so that the phone cannot determine if the battery is a genuine apple part. Other than those issues, an aftermarket battery will charge and work normally.
