The current bumper cover is not original on my 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i
I would like to replace this cover with same type as on the car, can anyone help with ID of this cover as on attached pictures

It's an aftermarket CAPA bumper so someone else wrecked it before you bought it - this style is not OEM to BMW at all. The only OEM bumpers available are the standard trims and M Sport bumper. These CAPA clones are widely available on eBay, thankfully, so it's not difficult to find, but this is a clone to avoid IP issues.
Unless you can find one on eBay in a similar format, your best bet if you want the bumper that isn't the default for your non-M trim is to buy the X3 M bumper. I would also look into getting the black M kidney grilles to complete the look if you install the M bumper on this. However, at the very least, you need the M-badged kidney grille with the M badge, especially if you keep the chrome finish. The OEM M kidney grille is chrome, but it tends to look a bit better than the chrome M versions.

@roman3974 Make sure it’s got the parking sensor provisions. The black kidney grilles are kind of a wash being cosmetic.
