Check the paper weight first - these do not like anything heavier than 24lb premium stock, as the mechanism has a known limit on this type of printer that's not found on the other models; even the C4780, F4480 and the list of printers that end up in dumps when they break due to repair cost had the same issue as it's a generational problem with the "ultra cheap" printers that use the tricolor integrated cart. Most people who run this know they are using it, so it's unlikely, but make sure. Also, check for items like paper scraps. I would also make sure you use paper with a good texture as these printers tend to fumble with semigloss, satin and glossy stock without a little bit of help - even my TS702a needs help with heavier matte and satin stocks.
The next step would be to remove the jam door and inspect it for signs of roller wear, such as cracking or shiny spots. If you see anything like that, the printer may not be repairable - especially if the gears inside are damaged :-(. I would try and spin them freely and see - if they move super freely, the gearbox is potentially broken here. That basically makes a unit like this BER.

I've tried cleaning the rollers and following the tutorial, but it doesn't work. The paper is correct and in good condition. But it still doesn't work. The roller spins, but it seems like it doesn't exert enough force or pressure against the paper, so it doesn't go down and doesn't print.

HP put out a video with their official recommendations on how to fix the issue on your printer. Basically it consists of telling you to check the paper going in and take out any bent, torn or incorrect size paper, and if that doesn't work to clean the pickup rollers.

The rollers needing cleaning is something I've run into in the past, so that's where I'd start. If that doesn't work, come on back and let us know and we'll see if we can figure out what else you can try.

@gabri53490 it is possible that this is an issue with either the paper-delivery sensor or issues with the paper pick up rollers. Could be that those are just dirty or just wore out. To clean those, check something like this video Not the same model but the same series and should work for your model too. Next, try what HP suggest on here In the meantime we'll see if our printer Guru @nick has a solution or you.
