Easy, peasy, Sandy & Anna. That little shaft it rides on is held by the plastic ridges on either side of it, and removal is no more complicated than sticking a flat blade screwdriver under the wheel and prying up on it. Replacement consists of snapping it back in place.
I know this because there are screws under the wheels on my Lift-Away so I have to take the wheels out to remove the bottom cover. Yours doesn't have those screws, so the guide doesn't show how to take the wheels off, but if you check out one of the Lift-Away guides like this one, Step 2 shows you what you need to know.
