Replacement Parts and Pop-up messages
If I order the replacement parts through iFixit, will I get the pop up message for the iphone part that I replaced?

Ahamed, it depends on which phone you have and what part you order. Older phones like an iPhone X won't give you any pop-up messages, but the newer the phone the more likely it is that any given part may be paired to the phone. Since Apple refuses to source original parts to anyone but Apple dealers, iFixit nor any other parts supplier carries those genuine Apple parts.
Tell us what part you want to replace and what phone you have and we should be able to tell you if you'll get a message or not.

FYI - Apple offers repair manuals and parts now for iPhone 12 and newer! iPhone documents list the home page is here Apple Self Service Repair.
The only rub is you need to use the Apple tool jigs to perform the repair! Which Apple will loan you. These tools are heavy and big industrial gear.and the parts costs are not cheap!
