This error is usually due to some paper jam.
Make sure to remove any paper that maybe engaged. In addition to the paper tray, many printers got an opening in the back to remove any paper stuck.
Then turn off the printer for a minute and turn it back on.

@itolo a 60.xx error is a tray lift or feed error. In your case with the specific code of code 60.02.00 the error is related to paper tray 2 not being correctly positioned. This can happen because of a paper jam, a faulty sensor, or a problem with the Pickup motor. Printers are always a bit confusing and are actually fairly complex to work on.
It is not as easy as saying" hey, just replace this part and it works" You do have to investigate a bit to determine where and what happened. Use something like this HP CLJ Pro M452 And Others troubleshooting guide (page 45 and on) to see what and where to check. Here is the complete HP CLJ Pro M377 M452 M477 Repair Manual but it is very complex and may just be more confusing :-) Of course, you can always check videos like this to see if it helps.
While you work on your printer, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.

In addition to what @oldturkey03 posted, one of the things I see people break a lot on these printers when the pickup pad is serviced is the sensor, or in some cases, you break the structure. The newer printers are pretty much foolproof (the old ones, up to the 2300, had one that could be broken if you weren't careful), but it can still be done. If you recently did a service like that, check for component damage in the area. On the older models, it was terminal, but the newer ones might be easier to service as they aren't as rigidly tied to the gearbox as it was up to the LJ 2300 and similarly aged CLJ models. Very often the issue is the lock disengaged and you can easily put it back in place on the newer printers.
The other common cause for failure is a replacement where the roller wasn't locked in properly, or a 3rd party separator pad. I ran into this on my M401dne where I had to do the 25k page roller service as the dne has a duplexer and that is a guaranteed paper jam -- these pritners DO NOT TOLERATE 3rd PARTY SEPARATORS. Use the old worn OEM one if you do not have a new OEM Canon pad. I thought I was helping by doing both, but I made the printer struggle until I kept the roller and ditched the separator for the worn original.
