It's a safety feature in the battery to prevent thermal runaway. That said, one or two occurrences may not be cause for concern but if this is a pattern something is very wrong. First thing I would do is try a new charger - don't buy a Chinese clone, you want an original HP (OR if the machine supports USB-C PD charging, use that to test it -- but that's a relatively new feature once you get to 11th/12th gen on the ULV laptops -- the full powered ones like the 15t may not have it on earlier models with the 10th/11th gen CPU but the 12/13/14th gen models might). If the behavior continues, you need a replacement battery. The HP Spare# for the adapter is L00818-850.
That being said without the model we may not be able to locate it for you as this series has run multiple generations and varies wildly -- it's not as easy to generalize parts without the model. Best I can tell from PartSurfer the battery HP Spare# is L48495-005.
