When i press ps4 power button blue light turn on for 2 seconds and then blue light turn off.I asked my friends some said it is called trouble shooting but some said its called blod ak blue light of death.please tell me how to fix it.

Hi!
It's possible that it is caused by the BLOD. But it's also possible that it's just the power supply that is broken!
First, I would replace the PSU and see if that works, it's an easy test to check!

If it's still failing with a new power supply, then you might want to try a reflow and see how that goes.
Yellow Light of Death Repair - iFixit Repair Guide (I know that this is for the PS3, but it's just to give you an idea how a reflow works).
If that fails, you might want to consider a re-ball repair, those are very dificult and you need special tools also the skills to get this done. Most of the time it's easier to bring it to a professional to get it repaired.
Otherwise, you can replace the motherboard, but this is very expensive.
