CUH-1215a, SAC-001 Capacitor Identification

I am hoping someone can help identify the capacitor values (microfarads and voltage) of the MLCC SMD capacitors circled in the photos. I bought this unit off eBay and couldn't get it to turn on at all. Found two SMD caps missing and thought at first they were normal SMD resistors, but after doing some research, I've found they are, in fact, SMD multi-layer ceramic capacitors.

I unfortunately don't have a donor board to pull from.

I found on a good board that when I tested these same capacitors with a multimeter, they have the following values: 1.5v, 99uF, but I get different readings when I switch the probes around with a reading of 1.18v and 88uF. I also turned one of the MLCCs so it isn't connecting the trace, and I cannot get any readings at all.

I can't seem to find any MLCC SMDs with the values I received when it is connected to the traces, which makes me believe I am not getting accurate readings.

The MLCC capacitor size is 0402.
