Mic mute button turning off and on (Loose contact?)

Hi, does anybody have a guide for opening up the left side of the arctis pro wireless. it feels like the contact for the mute button is loose, just shaking my head a little mutes or unmutes it. i sometimes have to press and hold the mute button just so i can speak into the mic.

For the record i have 0 experience in opening opening things up but im willing to learn and have a go at it
