Won’t turn on or charge
Just received this today. No battery light pops up when using a verified working 100W charger, and the station won’t turn on at all. Any troubleshooting tips?

Hey Dan I appreciate it. I went ahead and decided it wasn’t user error. Firmware flash allowed me to actually see the panel, but it still won’t get enough power to turn on. It will temporarily show that a cable is connected for about 5 seconds, but then say to plug a cable in. Whenever powering on, it says battery malfunction.
I’m guessing it’s defective, so I sent in a parts guarantee request.
