Wrong RAM purchased from ifixit?

I bought RAM for this job from ifixit. Listing the model specs, I was offered 2 32GB PC-4-21300 cards. This process and Apple seem to indicate that this is not the correct RAM for this computer. Is that true? or can I use these?

4x - PC4-21300 DDR4 16 GB RAM per SO-DIMM Stick getting you to 64GB which is the max this system can support using the four RAM slots.

You can also use 4x - PC4-21300 DDR4 32GB RAM per SO-DIMM Stick getting you to 128GB! Which is the limit this system can use.

You can also use half as many SO-DIMMs with 16 GB per SO-DIMM x 2 gets you 32 GB and with the 32 GB per SO-DIMM x 2 gets you 64 GB and you can still use your original RAM as well if it is just using two RAM slots.

You can also use the slower PC4-19200 DDR4 RAM as well but as you get beyond 16 GB in total RAM it can get flaky as you are getting close to the edge and some RAM SO-DIMMs may not be tight enough in the Specs.
