Freezer and fridge leaking under neath and in the freezerķ

There's a drain tube leading from under the evaporator unit inside the freezer compartment to the evaporator pan underneath the compartments near the compressor motor.

Check if it is blocked preventing the defrost meltwater from draining away to the pan and could then back up and overflow through to the freezer compartment and also to underneath the refrigerator. Any water that gets into the freezer compartment will refreeze once the auto defrost cycle has finished.
