solenloid decompression problem. Solved!

Road Star XV 1700 2006, solenloid pushes the two rods in, but valve does not stay open to decompress. Anyone an idea ? Cheers. Two days later : After opening up the crank-carterI, I found one of the two rod- levers was slightly bent, so it didn't push in the decompression-rod enough to engage the extra crank-opening-moment of the exhaust-valve.

So if changing the starter-motor, start-relay and decompression-solenoid don't resolve the problem, take out the engine oil, then take of the crank-carter and check if the two rod-levers push both rods in ( equally ).
