Hi @shaineibrahim

Does it detect available WiFi networks and not connect or doesn't detect any at all?

Can the phone detect and connect to any available nearby Bluetooth devices?

Just asking because it it also can't then it may be an antenna problem in the phone

Hi @shaineibrahim

Try the following and check if doing any of them resolves the problem.

  • Reset the WiFi settings. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings and check if it works or not.
  • Use the phone in safe mode and check if it works or not.

If it does then a 3rd party app¹ is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each 3rd party app, one by one, and test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall, to see if the WiFi works OK or not. When it does then the last 3rd party app that was uninstalled was the culprit.

¹A 3rd party app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and wasn't preinstalled on the phone when you first got it.

Important Note:

Be aware that a factory reset will erase all your data from the phone as it will restore the phone to its factory default condition. Ensure that you have backed up the phone to the cloud or a computer before performing a factory reset.

Also if there's a Google or Samsung Account associated with the phone, then you need to know the User ID and password for the account so that you can setup the phone again after the reset has been done. This is due to the FRP lock (factory reset protection) that was enabled by the reset.

If the factory reset resolves the problem you can restore the data to the phone from the backup that you made previously using the phone's restore option in Settings.
