Colored lines and bzzzz

Please help! I recently just started using my ps4 again since I had a craving to play gta5 so I started playing it. I own the physical copy It was working fine for the first week now it either goes through a cycle of

1. ⁠turning on and off

2. ⁠Turning off

3. ⁠Screen freezes and makes the sound of death bbzzzz

4. ⁠Game plays but then I get colored lines from whatever was on the screen.

5. ⁠screen freezes

I’ve tried all the other YouTube and Reddit recommendations..

1. ⁠turned off deep color..

2. ⁠limited rgb..

3. ⁠lowered resolution

4. ⁠Changed hdmi cables

5. ⁠Compressed dust off everything.

6. Took it apart and cleaned out the dust

What am I missing? Sometimes I’ll get blue lines of death even just trying to going into settings. Sometimes it works but then goes back to cycling to not working properly.
