the Stepper motor on my Jura E6 is no longer working, water continuously going to the drip tray . I have opened the motor oiled it and tried to put it back together however the rode is not moving still, is there a basic position it should be at ? any other help online please?

@yamanaldaraji Which motor ist it? As far as I understand the issue is with the motor for the drainage valve?! We have a guide for it (beginning with step 9), hopefully its the right one. If you live in europe and want to replace it, you can buy it e.g. here.

I have followed this guide , but still no luck . It would be great if the top part with rode is completely dismantled and then a video showing how it all goes back together . as mine after assembly still doesnt work but I can hear it moving. thank you

I did not dismantle the rod. I just "turned the armature of the motor while holding the pin and checked, whether the pin moves back and forth".
Position the worm so that it protrudes about 3 mm.
Well, if it did not work for you - I fear - you have to replace the motor. In europe you can buy it at about 50€.
