does not power up. no battery indicator light. no anything.

just as the title says. zero sign of any power whatsoever. it's plugged in but does absolutely nothings. completely dead.

Hi @mickeyjarvis

Have you checked if there's 19V DC on the output plug of the laptop charger?

If the charger is OK it could be a faulty or loose DC in jack (link only to show image of part)

If the DC In jack is faulty it will need to be replaced as it cannot be repaired.
