Have you checked if there's 19V DC on the output plug of the laptop charger?

If the charger is OK it could be a faulty or loose [https://www.amazon.com.au/Zahara-Charging-Replacement-AN515-44-Connector/dp/B09HXCS596|DC in jack] (link only to show image of part)

If the DC In jack is faulty it will need to be replaced as it cannot be repaired.
