Here's just one download link but it seems that it may only work with Win7 32-bit OS and not Win7 64-bit OS

Not all hope is lost here - in the US, they referred to those early models as the LaserShot series and were near clones of the HP product short of the formatter boards (now US=ImageClass/ImageClassADVANCE). You can sometimes use the 32-bit drivers on 64-bit OSes, but version Canon version checked back then so it may version check the OS and build edition :-(. This is just a .inf driver folder without a installer, so you have a shot beyond 7 x32 :-). You will need to install the drivers manually. Unfortunately, Microsoft decided to be a PITA in W11 and redirects you to the settings app whick is not very good at setting up old printers like this. Use this guide to enable God Mode: How to setup God Mode - iFixit Repair Guide

Look for this option:

At that point, select The printer I want wasn't listed then setup the printer manually:

USE LPT1, EVEN WITH AN IEEE-1284>USB CABLE. THESE PREDATE USB BY DECADES.

Select Have Disk:

Select the extracted driver folder WinVista and click on the .inf file -- it will sort itself out:

This error means you are F'd using the Canon driver and it version checked:
