How to fix back this cable so it can function again?

It looks like it was originally soldered to the casing.... I guess it is a bit of a no brainer?

That’s the Bluetooth antenna cable which is a connected to a thin strip of metal underneath the Optical Drive, near the slot. It’s glued on to the uppercase.

Yes, but is it a single wire only or are there 2 in the casing? (it looks soldered)

@livfe - The COAX cables shield is connected to the case, the inner wire is soldered to the metal plate.

@danj I know roughly where it goes to, I will work it out, just wanted to know if I just solder it back on in the same place that was all.... could have been a simple answer rather than a long discussion ;) I can compare with another but I don't wanna take out all the stuff to see it ..... end up breaking another the way things have gone today :)
