some of my keycaps dont work

the S and D buttons doesnt work for some reason, its been like that for years and it would be very nice to not have to drag a external keyboard everywhere i bring it so if somebody knows a fix for it it would be appreciated, ive tried to factory reset

@simonsolv this sounds more like an issue with the actual keyboard then with the keycaps (or even the key switches). Of course, you can pull the keycaps off and clean around the key to see if that clears this up. Take a look on here to see how they lock onto the keys since they are all bit different. If it does not, consider replacing the keyboard. In the case of your Legion 5, the keyboard is considered part of the upper case. Use the Lenovo Legion 5 Hardware Maintenance Manual to work on it.
