@simonsolv this sounds more like an issue with the actual keyboard then with the keycaps (or even the key switches). Of course, you can pull the keycaps off and clean around the key to see if that clears this up. Take a look [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cli9ahyAOto|on here] to see how they lock onto the keys since they are all bit different.  If it does not, consider replacing the keyboard. In the case of your Legion 5, the keyboard is considered part of the upper case.  Use the [document|41384] to work on it.
