Cant download Terms and Conditions when setting up

Samsung UN75MU6300FXZA TV

Can’t download Terms and Conditions when setting up.

I tried all the resets and hard resets and everything else they have you do when contacting Samsungs help page I think the problem is a hardware issue because the TV worked just fine until recent when it just suddenly wouldnt allow apps to work so did factory reset and smart hub reset and now it wont go past the Terms and Conditions download part.

Does anyone know what part inside is associated with that area.

Software is up to date as well I think something inside got zapped or fried or something please any help would be appreciated because Samsung just wanted to sell me a new TV instead of helping further.

I did the hard reset and factory reset as well as the smart hub reset. It says its connected to the internet I tried wired as well as wifi and even changed the DNS like they suggested to 8888 and 8844 and still get to same result. The TV has worked fine for years it just suddenly wouldnt allow access to apps then when I did factory reset it wouldnt allow me past the downloading Terms and Conditions part first time it said server maintenance (err40001) then everytime after it said The server under maintenance Please try again later (2014502-1). The firmware is up to date and its able to connect to internet so I thought maybe something on the motherboard maybe shorted out or something because other than the Terms and Condiitions thing I can get to the settings and all that just cant finish the set up.

Ok so I changed my internet connection to my phones hotspot and now suddenly the Terms and Conditions goes through and I am able to complete the setup. Now my question would be how do I get it to work on my homes network instead of my hotspot on my mobile device?

@ryn30349 unlikely that any of this "wouldnt allow apps to work so did factory reset and smart hub reset and now it wont go past the Terms and Conditions download part." relats to the hardware. If anything, this does appear to be either a firmware issue or a network issue related. Your hardware is not smart enough to stop at the "Terms and Conditions download part"

Give us all the details of what you have tried. Double check your network, make sure you are connected. Besides resetting your TV network I would also reset the one that your TV connects to.
