Seems like the range's main gas regulator either needs readjustment or it is faulty.

Usually, the gas regulator (aka gas pressure valve) is installed in the gas line close to the range.

You would need to have the correct equipment to test the valve's incoming and outgoing gas pressures to know if the pressures are correct or not.
