Seems like the range's main gas regulator either needs readjustment or it is faulty.
Usually, the gas regulator (aka gas pressure valve) is installed in the gas line close to the range.
-You would need to have the correct equipment to test the incoming and outgoing gas pressure at the valve itself to know what the problem is.
