How do I fix a loose wire in the right ear

In the right ear of my fairbuds XL, I can hear a sound when walking that sounds like a loose wire. I originally only used it connected at home so didn't notice it.

Having never repaired electronics, I don't feel qualified to just open the case and look - I don't even know what "OK" should look like.

Would you be able to give me some pointers, please?

I tried Fairphone Support, but their wait time is nearly a month for an initial answer.

I don't want to be crass but it seems a bit weird you bought Fairphone Headphones when you're scared to open them. A big part of their appeal is that anyone should be able to open and service them.

Hi,

Thanks for the answer!

Yes, I've tried their help pages, but they did not help, sadly.

I bought the Fairbuds as an ethical choice first and then for repairability. On the latter, I'm competent replacing parts (e.g. the battery, the ear cups, the headband), but not fiddling with the electronics within parts. Does that make sense?

I just figured maybe someone had the same issue as me (loose wire sound) and might talk me through a fix.
