Mac won’t charge
Back again. So I did a battery replacement recently and it wasn’t turning on. Only while connected to the charger. Turned out, the battery cable wasn’t properly connected. Now, the battery is connected and it displays at 65%. I tried testing the charger and it works on other devices. Before the battery was properly connected, the Mac only turned on because the charger was plugged. So the connection was there. I unplugged it and the computer turned off. This is when I got the advice to fix the battery cable. The Mac is now at 60% and I can’t get it to charge.
What can I do now. The system says Thunderbolt: not active. Is there a way to get the thunderbolt active again? Is it the battery? I have not updated the computer recently, is it possible this will fix it??
