Can I replace 2.2Ghz Logic Board with 2.5Ghz +

Hi,

I have a MBP Mid 2015 15" and my logic board simply stop working so i want ot replace it with another compatible logic board. i look everywhere and found similar logic board but the speed is 2.5Ghz or more. so now i'm curious about what will happened if i replace my original board with this extra speed board. will there be any issue?

These are the compatible logic boards MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2015 Motherboards take note there are two variations the iGP and the dual GPU models. The heat sink is different between the two so make sure you chose the correct board. But it makes no difference which one within the sub group. Thank you for you reply. it looks like mine is (IG) Integrated graphic board. i can only see one chip.

Edit: Can i still use (DG) if everything comes complete set including the heat sink?
