You did not tell us if you have checked your GPS and WiFi on a different network connection. Try it at a place that you know has perfect signal. See if that makes a difference. The other thing to try is to switch your phone into Airplane mode. Then Wait for about 30 seconds and switch the Airplane mode off. See if that improves its function. After that you would want to go ahead and clear your cache. Always make sure that you have the latest firmware for your phone installed.
You should also try to start your phone in safe mode to rule out a bad 3rd party App. If it works in Safe mode, you know it is a bad App. That would mean that you have to delete the ones you installed on your phone.
To place your phone into safe mode you do this:
- Turn on the phone
- Long press the volume down key
- "Safe mode" will appear in the bottom left corner of the phone screen
