Back panel is hard to disassemble

Why is it hard to remove the back panel? Even after you unscrew all available screws? I am trying to access the battery and it seems like it is hard to take apart without damaging the device, even after unscrewing all visible screws.

Hi @zekeidiagbonya

Just verifying that you also removed the T3 torx screw from the battery case?

Here's the ifixit Jumper EZbook S5 Touchpad Replacement guide that shows how to remove the back cover that may help.

Hey hey!

When I had this problem, it was one of the corners of the case that was being stubborn. I ended up finding out it was because the wire that fed info to the monitor was jammed in so tightly that it stopped the case from opening properly, and I had to open it juuuuust a little destructively before making space for the wire (by removing structural plastic from the case) when I closed it.

Hope you solve (or have already solved, considering how long ago you raised this issue) it soon!
