My iPhone 13 is stuck on the Apple logo and won't turn on. I've tried resetting this by clicking the volume buttons and then holding the power button however this doesn't work after several attempts. Can anyone advise?

To fix an iPhone stuck in Recovery Mode, try a hard reset first.
If you have already tried a force restart and it's still stuck on the Apple logo, in that case, you will have to do a factory reset.

Try to put it in recovery mode and then connect it to itunes for a full restore or update.
to put it in recovery mode when the iphone is off , press the power button ( keep pressing it until you see the connect to itunes logo) and plug in the charching cord, still press the power button until you see the connect ot itunes logo.

Hello, I have tried with my sons iPhone 13 Pro Max, the phone was rebooting itself every couple minutes. I plugged into my iMac to do an update and it failed. So I tired to do the restore and then it failed too, now it is stuck in the support.apple.com/iphone/restore screen and I cannot get it out.

Does it get stuck at the apple logo and turn off or does it get to the apple logo and freeze?
