Try to put it in recovery mode and then connect it to itunes for a full restore?update.

to put it in recovery mode when the iphone is off , press the power button ( keep pressing it until you see the connect to itunes logo) and plug in the charching cord, still press the power button until you see the connect ot itunes logo.
