Samsung media speaker not outputting sounds

So my media speaker was working perfectly fine until in next min it went silent can't hear notifications or call ringing tried reseting rebooting again and again did everything what every other forum told the call speaker is working still but the media one isn't did #0# didn't work the diagnostic showed the call speaker is working but media isn't it seems like a software issue as I just bought the phone it has been 48hrs so please tell me solution which works
