My Sony WH-1000xm4 too broken, not repairable?

I need to fix my headphones ASAP. On my low budget I barely was able to buy them. What a great series of excellent photos and visual instructions, plus a tools list and easy to buy!

I haven't tried it yet but I'm hoping you see my note as I use my xm-4's every day. I'm holding on buying all the tools and part until you let me know if in my case my xm-4's are repairable or not. When my phones broke, the right cup broke off and the metal "U" shaped piece and two tiny black pieces of plastic fell out.

I'm referring to the metal part you see in Step 21 photo but the two tiny black pieces are not shown which makes me wonder if I need to order an additional part or if it's not repairable. I could send a photo if possible. Does that mean my XM-4's aren't repairable, or must I order additional parts? Thanks!! winfred0000@gmail.com
