Faulty microphone? FT video mic not working.

Hello, I have a 2020 SE 2nd Gen iPhone that may have a faulty microphone. The mic doesn't work on FT video. The mic does work with Siri, voice memos, video recording, FT audio, phone calls. FT video works when I have an external mic only.

I'm having trouble finding consistent documentation on which mic is responsible for FT video. Would someone know, or have the relevant reading material to share?
