Turns on then after a few turns off

Long story short my mom took my Xbox, I got it back the next day and after plugging it back in I saw issues, it didn’t make a beep noise when turning it on, I got a notification I don’t normally get stating that “this console will shut down immediately if it detects bad ventilation to protect it” after that I press continue and I load up a game then it immediately shuts off, no noise no nothing just everything goes black, it’ll then have problems turning back on for a bit, I tried again the next day and it’s gotten better, now it takes about 15 minutes before it crashes, the vents feel cold and it’s not overheated at all but it still crashes
