Pretty sure that the audio amp is gone causing radio to turn on with no sound from speaker or headphones when plugged in. I would like to repair myself…any leads on how?

@faye1464 time to tear it apart and to take a look at what you can find out. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this radio, use something like this video It is actually fairly simple to work on. Once it is opened, take some well-focused pictures of your circuit boards and post those with your question. That way we can see what you see and hopefully help you to fix your radio.
