CPU upgrade questions and possible costs

So, hypothetically IF I took this macbook into a repair store that specialized in mac upgrades/repairs how much would it cost to upgrade the CPU?

(depending on whether the motherboard would have to be replaced or not)

I've been seeing mixed answers about the possibility of getting the CPU off, since I've also heard its soldered onto the motherboard. (I do not care about warranties I bought it off ebay for cheap)
