Why is my laptop showing blue screen

I was using my laptop it shut down by not even showing the animation. But battery was full.

When plugged it in and turned it on just to see a blue screen with error code: 0xc00000e9

Error code 0xc00000e9 means hardware failure or corrupted system file, try to do a factory reset of the device

How to;

  1. Press and hold the power button until it shuts off
  2. Press but do not hold the power button
  3. Press the Alt+F10 keys when the acer logo appears
  4. When you see a blue screen press the option "troubleshoot"
  5. Press reset your PC
  6. Press next
  7. Press "Fully Clean the Drive"
  8. Finally press reset
  9. Hopefully this solves it
