It generally isn't good to fix a cpu on your own unless you have the right equipment, they are very fragile. I'm sorry to say but if you did it yourself then your "repair" probably ended up breaking it for good. But what did you do to the cpu and what was the original problem?

من هم مشکل شما را دارم وقتی cpu را در جای خودش وصل میکنم فن ها کار میکنند ولی کامپیوتر روشن نمیشود.
وقتی CPU را جدا میکنم مادربرد روشن میشود ولی صفحه سیاه میشه
