If your computer has been freezing/hanging a lot, there could be several causes. You may want to start with checking on how much space is left on your drives. If any of your drives are almost full, this can cause slower, worse performance, which can be solved by clearing some space on the drive. Before deleting files to free space, check to see if you have a second slot for an additional SSD (Solid State Drive). This will add more space.
