Can't find surface laptop 4 battery anywhere, but some ebay sellers sell one claiming it works in both 3 and 4.

Are the OEM 3 and 4 batteries in fact the same spec?

According to the image in Step.20 of the ifixit Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 13.5" Battery Replacement guide and the image in Step.17 of the ifixit Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 (13.5-inch) Battery Replacement guide, they use the same battery i.e. model number G3HTA052H
