Do I need any adapters for OWC 2TB Aura Pro X2 SSD?

I wonder if you could help me on my iMac 27”, 5k, 3.6Ghz, 8-core, i9, I want to get rid of my 3TB Fusion Drive and install OWC 2TB Aura Pro X2 SSD (instead of blade), and 2TB SATA SSD (instead of HHD).

My question is, do I need any adapters for OWC 2TB Aura Pro X2 SSD or not? I've read conflicting reports regarding it, so I need some clarification
